From what I can gather: when my dad, Walter B. Hutton, Jr., was a young man, he went on trip into the Rockies with his Aunt Gladys (nee Hutton) Schottmann, his uncle Bill Schottmann and possibly his parents, Walter & Olga Hutton possibly around 1940. This is one shot of my dad atop a boulder somewhere in the Rockies

1963 - (I could be wrong on the year) was the year of 'Tobor' - the very futuristic looking plastic blue fellow next to Brice. 'Tobor' is, of course, 'Robot' spelled backwards an ingenious use of linguistic marketing savvy. From the left, Brice, 'Tobor' (blue plastic), Bill, Brian & Jack. I of course, dressed casually, even then.

Growing up in the Chicago suburbs; every summer our family would camp for a month in Northern Wisconsin at the Trout Lake Campgrounds; Dad fished & drank beer;my older brother, Brian & I are holding the trophies of one of those outings.

Fresh out of college - I joined friends in Palm Springs around 1983; we lived on golf courses and worked at the desert sun newspaper. ran triathalons and swam at the Palm Springs Leisure Center.
